When a online order is validated it is considered that the customer automatically accepts our general conditions of selling and use.

Mypostivevibes.com promises to respect the normal deadline for delivery of an order,as long as they are in stock.

 

Shipping Method

Delivery of Products is made using courier/postal companies, such as CTT – Portuguese Postal (regular Postal Service). Deliveries of products will only happen in weekdays.

By way of indication, without any bond to mypositivevibes.com, except by unavailability of products or other acts of ‘force majeure’, the reply must be sent immediately and in any event within a period between 1 to 7 working days from the receipt of the request, starting as soon as your payment has registered.

The delivery times are indicative, and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediment to delivery, such as: incorrect delivery address, strikes or forces beyond our control.

Portugal – 1 to 3 working days

European Union – usually 1 week

Rest of the World – usually 1 to 2 weeks

If the customer do not receive the order up to 4 weeks, an investigation to CTT (Post Office) will be made, it may take a few days. The customer must send a e-mail to [email protected], so that we can be informed about any failure. Within the investigation period, no refunds can be made, because the loss of the order will have to be confirmed and verified.

 

Damaged / Defective Items

The customer have the right to, during the time of delivery of the order, open the bag, to check if the product is in accordance with what was requested or if it shows external defects.

Any problem should be reported in the time of delivery. Once the package is delivered by CTT (Post Office), mypostivevibes.com is not responsible for any problems or losses arising from transportation issues.

If the product that the costumer wish to return, display any external defects and has been accepted by the same, Joana Filipa Ribeiro de Carvalho is legally bound to decline his claim.
The right of withdrawal remain valid in cases of defects detected by the customer after the delivery in accordance with the law.
During the time of delivery you should proceed as follows:

1. Verify that the package is in perfect condition.

2. Open the outer packaging asking the sender to wait while you check the package (this is a right of the costumer).

3. Check whether the product concerned is kept in requested conditions and without visible defects.

4. If there is any error or defect the order must be refused and the error must be reported in the bill of carriage.

 

If you receive a damaged / defective item, please contact us, with the order number and the product condition and reason for return within 24 hours of receipt to obtain an authorization number for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

Damaged / defective items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the returns authorization number. After we receive the product, we will examine it.

We will re-imburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only upto the value of the original delivery charge. (Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.

If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.

 

Other Returns

Goods returned for any other reason must be in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. In order to return goods you must first contact us with the order number and return the goods within 7 working days from receipt of goods.

MyPositiveVibes.com will refund the purchased price of the item(s) excluding postage and packaging costs.
MyPositiveVibes.com reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.

We will re-imburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only upto the value of the original delivery charge. (Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund / replace seasonal items or design your own statement t-shirts / hoodies unless faulty, so please measure your dog carefully.

 

Refunds?

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post, in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

For the procedure of any dispute arising out of the interpretation or application of General Conditions herein, Supremo tribunal de Justiça, Lisboa.

Mypositivevibes.com shall not be responsible for delays or breaches of contract caused by major force reasons such as: disturbance or all-out strike or partial in particular of the mail service and means of transport and/or communications; war, fire, flood, strikes, or any other catastrophic event.

Mypositivevibes.com does not take responsibility for any indirect damage: operating loss, loss of the benefit, loss of opportunity and for the damages or rates that might occur in the purchase of any product contained on this site.
