Most of our products are printed and shipped by us, in our studio in Portugal.
However, for some few products, like mugs and all over tote bags, we are starting to use high quality Print on Demand partners around the world. For this products, they will print and ship our items for you.
This is a great way for us to focus on our passion, design, having more time to create new stuff. It is also great to start producing and shipping locally. It’s more ecologic we can offer you better shipping times and prices.
For most products, we ship worldwide by Express Mail service, from Portugal with tracking code.
This way it’s possible to know where and when the package is delivered. Our items are custom made upon order, please expect from 1 to 5 business days for shipment, starting as soon as your payment has registered. In some rare occasions, if we need more time, we will contact you to give you an expected shipping time.
Note: All prices are valid for one item only. Adding more items to the cart may raise the price, depending on the item’s weight.
Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to Portuguese Post:
Portugal – 1 to 3 working days
European Union – usually 1 week
Rest of the World – usually 1 to 2 weeks
Note: Some countries / states take longer than others so delays can be expected which is out of our control. Please understand that it’s impossible to give a precise date. Holiday shipping may take a couple more days than stated above because of the holiday shipping back up. Please wait a few more days than expected and your items should arrive very quickly. The delivery times are indicative and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediment to delivery, such as: incorrect delivery address, strikes or forces beyond our control.
This is a very rare situation, but we are ready for it.
So please stay calm, you will never loose your investment! 🙂
Send us a message if your item has not arrived within 5 weeks. While we cannot claim responsibility over the actions of the postal services, we will process a lost claim with CTT – Correios de Portugal and this process takes 30-45 business days minimum. Once processed and approved, CTT – Correios de Portugal send a refund for the value of lost items (only) which we will forward to you, using the same payment method as you did. Within the investigation period, no refunds can be made, because the loss of the order will have to be confirmed and verified. Keep in mind that International orders may be subject to delays, duties and taxes which are outside of our control. We are not held responsible for these delays, fees and duties.

- When your shopping is done, go to the icon “shopping cart” (at the top–right corner of the screen) and then click on “checkout“. It will open a new window for you to fill with your shipping data. To finish just select the payment method.
- Paypal – When you select this option a new window will pop-up, and in this window you should insert your Paypal account. If you don´t have one, you can insert your credit card data. You don´t need to have a paypal account!
- Credit Card – Fill your credit information and complete your payment.

No, you can do it as a guest. However, creating an account with us is quick and easy, and will allow you to move through our checkout quicker. You can also store shipping & billing addresses, gain access to your order history, and much more! What methods of payment are accepted? We are accepting Paypal and you don’t need to have an account to pay with your credit card! Feel free to contact us if you prefer other payment method.

If you receive a damaged / defective item, please contact us, with the order number and the product condition and reason for return within 24 hours of receipt to obtain an authorization number for returns. Don’t forget to check our Returns Policy . Thank you.
