♥ Buddha Tshirt ♥
Our Buddha tshirt refers to a Sanskrit word which means “The Awakened One”. One who is awakened to Reality, who understands true nature of the mind, the world, and all sentient beings.
It also means that one transcended the cycle of death and rebirth, and found his true nature our true self. We hope our Buddha tshirt inspires you
Buddhism originally comes from India and teaches that the improvement of the spirit will bring an end to attachment, personal confusion and suffering. Buddhists seek to reach a state of nirvana, following the path of the Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama, who went on a quest for Enlightenment around the sixth century BC.
The Four Noble Truths
In short, there are Four Noble Truths and they comprise the essence of Buddha’s teachings:
- The First Noble Truth, dukkha – There is a disease
Lists the things in life that constitute suffering: “Birth is stressful, aging is stressful, death is stressful; sorrow, lamentation, pain, distress, & despair are stressful; association with the unbeloved is stressful, separation from the loved is stressful, not getting what is wanted is stressful. In short, the five clinging-aggregates are stressful.” (Quotation from Samyutta Nikaya, The Grouped Discourses of the Buddha, 56.11). The five aggregates or are: Form (or matter or body) (rupa); Sensations (or feelings, received from form) (vedana); Perceptions (samjna); Mental activity or formations (sankhara); Consciousness (vijnana). - Second Noble Truth, samudaya – There is a cause for this disease
The cause of suffering is craving, attachment or desire, Taṇhā. - Third Noble Truth, Nirodha – However, there is a way to end the disease.
The way to stop suffering is to stop desire. - Fourth Noble Truth, Magga – Here is how to end the disease.
There is a way to let go of Desire, the quiet mind. To achieve it, one must follow the Noble Eightfold Path, an early summary of the path of Buddhist practices, leading to liberation from Samsara, the painful cycle of rebirth.
Spread the vibes of higher consciousness, wear the Buddha t shirt and help spread peace, love and compassion all over 🙂 !
