Unfortunately, millions of innocent sentient beings are being exploited and are still in pain. Some animals are locked in industrial animal facilities, others are locked in laboratories to serve as slaves in the name of beauty.
And all that suffering will eventually come back to us, once we believe that everything is connected. Every action we perform touches something in the Universe.
